Is Quants Brain a broker or an investment adviser?
Neither. Quants Brain is trading software. Orders go to your own broker account through your own API app, and you place every order yourself. Nothing on the platform is investment advice or a recommendation.
Which brokers does it work with?
We build around your preferred broker or exchange. Share your setup when you apply; we assess its API, data access and order capabilities, then scope a custom connection. Each integration is confirmed during onboarding.
Can you build for crypto or a different market?
Yes, you can request a custom setup for markets such as BTC, other digital assets, global indices or commodities. We confirm available data, analytics and execution support for your chosen venue before onboarding.
What does “your own static IP” mean?
Your engine has a fixed network address dedicated to your workspace. Where your broker requires IP allowlisting, this is the address you register in its API dashboard. We guide the configuration for your integration.
Do you store my broker password, MPIN or TOTP?
No. Your API key and secret are sealed with AES-256-GCM. Your MPIN and TOTP are typed each morning and passed straight to your broker — they are never stored or logged.
What happens if something goes down?
Protective orders already accepted by your broker or exchange remain subject to their execution rules. Engine recovery and alerts help you respond, but outages, gaps and slippage can still affect execution. Your broker’s own app remains an independent way to manage positions.
Can I try it without risking money?
Yes. SCALP PRO has a full simulator on live prices — every order, stop and target behaves as it would live. LIVE unlocks only after you add a passkey or authenticator app and arm it yourself.
Does it work on my phone?
The console, broker login, alerts and kill switch are fully responsive. The terminal itself is at its best on a laptop or a bigger screen.
